According to the federal government, the number one obstacle to home ownership is a lack of funds for the down payment and/or closing costs.

DPA Alliance Corporation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization created and operated to exclusively provide homeownership opportunities for families that cannot otherwise afford to purchase safe and decent housing.

To accomplish this activity, DPA Alliance Corporation provides financial aid in the form of downpayment assistance gift funds to families and individuals who otherwise meet the guidelines for an affordable mortgage loan program, but who do not have the necessary downpayment and/or closing costs required and cannot otherwise afford to purchase a home.
